We are committed to protecting your privacy
ELLER SECURITY is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and to comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws.  This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) helps you understand what kind of information we collect in connection with our products and services, how we process such information and with whom the information is shared.  Throughout this Policy the term “personal data” means information relating to an identifiable individual (i.e. information that identifies you).

This Policy applies to personal data collected in connection with products and services offered by ELLER SECURITY, whether through direct interactions in person, over the telephone or on our websites (“our site”) or from other interactions with us where a link or other references incorporated to this Policy is made, for example, in connection with other websites where ELLER SECURITY products and services are offered.

By using this website and/or by submitting personal data to ELLER SECURITY via any other means, you express your agreement to the processing of your personal data in the manner provided in this Policy.  If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use this website or provide ELLER SECURITY with your personal data.

What personal data do we collect?
You may choose to give us personal data directly in a variety of situations. For example, you may want to give us your name and contact information to communicate with you, to process an order, to provide you with a subscription or a service, or to do business with us if you are a supplier or a business partner. You may also provide your credit card details to buy something from us or may share a description of your education and work experience in connection with a job opening at ELLER SECURITY for which you wish to be considered. If you tell us that you do not want us to use your information to make further contact with you beyond fulfilling your request, we will respect your wishes.

We may also collect information relating to your use of our sites through the use of various technologies. You do not have to tell us who you are and this data is non-identifiable information normally collected as a standard part of your use of our services.  For example, when you visit our sites, we may log certain information that your browser sends us, such as your internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and language, access time, and referring website addresses. We may also collect information about the pages you view within our sites and other actions you take while visiting us. In addition, we may also use such technologies to determine whether you’ve opened an e-mail or clicked on a link contained in an e-mail. Collecting information in this manner allows us to collect statistics about our websites usage and effectiveness and personalize your experience while you are on our websites, as well as tailor our interactions with you. For details regarding the technologies we employ, see “Cookies, Web Beacon and Other Technologies” below.

From time to time, we may also collect information that pertains to you indirectly through other sources, such as list vendors. When we do so, we ask the vendors to confirm that the information was legally acquired by the third party and that we have the right to obtain it from them and use it.

The information that we collect, either directly or indirectly, may be combined to help us improve its overall accuracy and completeness and to help us better tailor our interactions with you.

Web cookies can enhance your online experience by saving your preferences while you are visiting a particular part of the site, can eliminate the need for you to enter your password frequently during a visit and what, if anything, you have in your shopping cart if you do not finish a transaction in a single visit.  Cookies are also used for website traffic analysis and anonymous demographic profiling so that we may improve our services.

ELLER SECURITY may also use web beacons (also known as “clear gifs” or “pixel tags”) in connection with some websites.  However, we do not use them to identify individual users personally.  Web beacons are tiny graphics embedded on a website to count visitors to a website, to access certain cookies and/or to help us measure the effectiveness of particular content.  We may also include web beacons in marketing email messages or our newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and links contained within clicked on.  Again this information is used to improve our services.

You have a choice with respect to cookies.  By modifying your internet browser preferences, you have the ability to accept all cookies, to be notified when a cookie is set, or to reject all cookies.  Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you log on to our site.  Please understand that if cookies are turned off, you may not be able to view certain parts of our site or take advantage of all our web site features.  If you turn off cookies, the web beacon will no longer be able to track your specific activity.  The web beacon may, however continue to collect information of visits from your IP address, but such information will no longer be unique.   Please note that some of our business partners whose content is linked to this site may also use cookies or web beacons.  However, we have no access to or control over these cookies.

We may also employ Web beacons from third parties or our business partners in order to help us compile aggregated statistics regarding the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns or other operations of our sites. We prohibit Web beacons on our sites from being used by third parties to collect or access your personal information.

We may also work with other companies that advertise on ELLER SECURITY sites to place Web beacons on their sites in order to allow us to develop statistics on how often clicking on an advertisement on a ELLER SECURITY site results in a purchase or other action on the advertiser’s site.
